Karen has served on the Leadership Team since 2021. For over 20 years, Karen’s professional and volunteer career has focused on creating excellent educational outcomes for the most vulnerable students and families in our community. With OFFC, it is a true honor to serve families welcoming children into their homes. Karen and her husband, Chris, have two daughters, Carolyn and Kate. In addition to OFFC, Karen is an active volunteer in her church, Houston Independent School District, and her daughter’s schools.
